This type of procedure allows teeth to be whitened permanently using a gel containing hydrogen peroxide. Teeth tend to yellow with age but also due to habitual consumption of foods that may increase staining such as red wine, coffee and tea. Smoking also causes staining.
This treatment can lead to excellent results without causing any damage to the teeth; it may lead to increased sensitivity, which will be purely temporary and will disappear a few days after the end of the procedure. Teeth cannot be whitened if they have been filled or restored.
